CDPI Board of Directors

Andrea White,

President 

Andrea works as Associate Director of Career Education at the Walter Center for Career Achievement serving students in the College of Arts & Sciences at Indiana University Bloomington (IUB). She has worked in career services for 8.5 years the last 5.5 being at IUB. She has been on the Board of Directors for CDPI for 3 years, most recently as President-Elect and Director of Member Services prior to last year. As President, Andrea will oversee the board in fulfilling CDPI's mission to provide professional development opportunities and enhance collaboration among career development professionals throughout the state of Indiana.



Lauren Little,

Past - President

Lauren has most recently served at President during 2017-2018. Previously she served as President-Elect and Secretary. As Past-President Lauren mentors the current President and President-Elect as they transition into their leadership roles. She also spearheads initiatives to improve processes for our state association. She currently works as Assistant Director for the Kelley Indianapolis Career Services Office at IUPUI.

Lindsey Hojnowski,

President - Elect

Lindsey is serving her first term on the CDPI Board as President-Elect. In this role, she supervises all aspects of conference programming and assists with professional development programming. She currently works as the Associate Director of Employer Services at the Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis.

Kristine O'Brien,

Treasurer

Kristine is serving her first term on the CDPI Board as Treasurer.  She is a Career Councelor at IPFW, received a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Leicester University, England, and is pursuing a Master of Arts in English with a Writing Concentration.

Jaime Frey,

Director of Member Services

Jaime is serving her first term on the CDPI Board as Director of Member Services.  She has previously served as the 2017 CDPI Conference Planning Committee Chair.  Jaime earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College and is the Director of Career Development and Disability Services at Ivy Tech Terre Haute


 Nick Bragin,

Director of Digital Communications

Nick promotes the activities of CDPI to build and maintain positive relationships with key constituencies. He assists in delivering the mission and brand of CDPI through our communications, as well as updating the website. He works as an Associate Director for Strategic Planning and Initiatives with the Career Development Center at IU Bloomington.


Randi Edmonds,

Secretary 

Randi is a career coach in the Walter Center for Career Achievement at Indiana University Bloomington. This is her first term on the CDPI Board.


Rachel Landis,

Historian

Rachel has served as CDPI's Past-President, President, President-Elect, and Director of Member Services. Currently she is faculty for the Kelley School of Business, teaching one of three Professional Skills career courses. She has worked as a Career Coach at Indiana University-Bloomington for the College of Arts + Sciences Walter Center for Career Achievement, specializing in advising students who are interested in career communities related to Retail, Design, & Apparel and Visual, Written, & Performing Arts.

Stephanie Jeffers,

Professional Development Coordinator

Stephanie is serving her first term on the CDPI Board as Professional Development Coordinator. She served on the 2018 CDPI Conference Planning Committee. Stephanie is a Career Coach at Indiana State University, Liaison to the College of Technology and teaches COUN 310 From College to Career. New to the Professional Development Coordinator role this year, Stephanie will be working on the CDPI Virtual Career Fair. She received her Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences Education and her Master of Science in Student Affairs and Higher Education.

Willow King-Locke,
At-Large, Internship Program

Willow serves as the Director of Career Development Services for IUPUI's School of Science.  On the board, Willow recruits for and supervises CDPI's internship program.

Latoria Thomas-Lee

At-Large, Member Hospitality

Latoria serves as an Assistant Director for Career Development Services for the School of Science at IUPUI, where she provides individual career advising to students, employer relations, and teaches career exploration courses.  She previously served the CDPI Board as Treasurer.
